Elite hockey training will be a pillar in what we do at Fort Wayne Ice. We will provide a clean, safe environment that gives athletes the opportunity to develop the fundamental to advanced skills, discipline, and character necessary to reach their highest level of personal growth and achievements.
We strive to set the standard of excellence for the hockey community by providing first class programs, life skills, and the highest level of professional instruction. Our culture will represent one that can be respected and will be the foundation to our facility.
Building our Community
Our mission is to positively impact the overall participation numbers of people playing hockey in our region. We will offer a variety of high quality programs and reduce the cost burden for new families wanting to try the sport we love. We will engage in community outreach programs to not only further the values of our athletes, but also to build trust with the community. Fort Wayne Ice's goal is to be a leader in hockey development. We are dedicated to shaping both athletes, and individuals by providing a specialized experience from beginners to professionals.
Growing the game
Indiana is lagging behind our neighboring states in youth atheletes playing organized hockey. Ohio's participation numbers are two times Indiana's. Michigan's participation numbers are five times Indiana's. Fort Wayne is a Komet town and we want to expand upon that and make Fort Wayne a hockey town hotbed. To reach our goal we need more ice and an afordable outlet for new families to give hockey a try. We know if we can provide those two items we have a receipe for success. Now we just need you!
